These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website theveteranresourcecenter.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by The Veteran Resource Center (“VRC,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
The Veteran Resource Center is a privately owned, for-profit insurance lead-generation and referral service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. Our services connect U.S. veterans aged 50–85 (and their family members) with licensed insurance agents who can discuss life insurance options.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Site or submit your information through our forms. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. No Insurance Contract
Submitting an eligibility check or quote request through the Site does not bind you or VRC to any insurance contract. Coverage, premiums, and benefits are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier based on underwriting and applicable state law. Rates displayed on the Site are illustrative and not guaranteed.
4. Communications and Consent
By submitting your information through the Site, you expressly consent to receive communications from VRC and our licensed agents at the phone number and email address you provide, as more fully described in our TCPA Consent page and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by VRC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

VRC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VRC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VRC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
